EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

All orders placed on or after November 1, 2025 are eligible for return or exchange through January 15, 2026.Returns are accepted provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

Original tags still attached

Socks must be returned in unopened original packaging


OUR WAREHOUSE IS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUMES. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 12 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED AND REFUNDED.


WE OFFER A 30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Zbitest; that is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your product you can return or exchange within 30 days. In order to process your return or exchange, the product must not be used and remain in its original condition with tags still attached.


RETURNS

Shipping charges and any taxes paid on shipping are not refunded. Once your return package has been delivered to us, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to post back in your original form of payment.


EXCHANGES ARE ALWAYS FREE

There is no processing fee for exchanges. Exchange orders will ship as soon as your return has been received and processed by our warehouse, so we encourage you to send back your items as soon as possible. Once your return package has been delivered to us, please allow 5-10 business days for your exchange order to ship.
