DELIVERY DETAILS
Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to pack and ship your order. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. If you change your mind, orders can be cancelled within the first 15 MINUTES only, no exceptions. We are unable to amend or alter an order once it has been placed. To cancel your order you can either click on the link provided on your order confirmation page, the link on your order confirmation email, or if you have placed your order from an account you can do this from your "My Orders" tab.
Although it is our goal to deliver within the above mentioned lead times, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties. Zbitest does not take responsibility for courier delays in delivery. Therefore, we recommend you place holiday orders in advance of this deadline to ensure timely delivery.

Depending on your location, we may ship orders using the following logistics providers:
USPS / UPS / FedEx (United States)
DHL Express / Aramex (International express shipping)
EMS / ePacket (Standard international shipping)
The logistics provider is automatically selected based on destination, order size, and service availability.
Please note:
Although our goal is to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date as the shipment is handled by a third-party carrier.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
Orders will be processed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of sale.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
TAXES & DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized in the checkout page and on the Order Confirmation.
